All refunds will be issued via check; no refunds will be issued via credit card. Refunds will be issued by September 30, 2009. A $50 refund will be issued for cancellations received prior 5:00 PM CT on September 11, 2009. Those registrants who do not attend the conference and do not contact YPIowa by email in advance of September 11, 2009 to cancel their participation are responsible in full for their registration fees. Registration fees are not transferrable.
